AHI also specialiszes in all Environmental Concerns and Testing with approval by the EPA AirPlus Programs, and MOST of our Environmental Tests are included with a typical inspection.
AHI evaluates each house by assigning it a letter grade from A-D that is based on present-day conditions that are typical to the building standards from the first year of construction. And thereby taking into consideration all upgrades and/ or improvements that brings the house up to the present day standards and codes for public, health and safety is part of AHI's final assessment.
